- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- All our products are handcrafted. The creation time is 3 to 5 days. When the order is ready, we will notify you and proceed with the shipment. The time it takes to arrive also depends on the country, here is another table with approximate shipping times:
- EUROPE 6-10 days
- USA 3-6 days
- REST OF THE WORLD 8-12 days
Our products should arrive in less than a week, so please be patient and thank you for trusting in this more ecological and sustainable system. If you have any problems, you can always contact thedefstudio@gmail.com
- How do you handle returns?
- You have 15 days to make your returns
- To return a product, send it to us at the return address and after reviewing it, we will proceed to approve the refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs in this case.
- If the product arrives broken, defective or there is an design error, we take care of everything. You just have to send us a video / photo of the product and after reviewing it we will proceed to send you a new product or a refund, in addition to our sincere apologies ... 🙏
- Please carefully review the size guides attached to each product.
- Keep in mind that returns usually take a few days (bank things) ...
- BEWARE!!👁️Due to our printing style, the designs may lose a little clarity on black garments. It's not a big deal, but you may notice a small difference compared to light-colored clothing.
